This song was written in the memory and honor of my musical peer, inspiration and spiritual brother, Caleb Samuel "Jib" Shaner, who passed away on May 31, 2018 at the tender age of 35.

The song, entitled “JIB,” is an instrumental statement of his unique energy and personality, and his choice to be strong and positive for others even when he struggled with his own demons. It is also a song about the vibrancy and delicate nature of life and how even when we’re gone, we still live on in so many ways.
